Shirley Chock

Shirley Chock has trained in various forms of martial arts for the past ten years. Originally from New York, Shirley moved to Connecticut in 2001 and began studying wushu under Grand Master Aiping Cheng. In 2002 Shirley switched to tai chi and has been passionate about internal martial arts ever since. Shirley specializes in tai chi competition routines, Yang style tai chi, and Sun style tai chi.
